If your Kinich Sun Hood isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.
- You can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be in original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with tags.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.
To start a return or exchange, email us at mail@kinichsunhoods.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Warranty
We stand behind our gear. Kinich Sun Hoods are built to last, but if you run into any issues due to material or workmanship defects within 90 days of purchase, we’ll repair or replace your item.
- This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by that one buddy who “borrows” your gear and brings it back smelling like sunscreen and regret.
